Can I order by telephone??

Yes, you can telephone to speak to us about special orders or any queries. Mon - Sat. 10AM - 5PM, Sun. 12PM - 4PM Daytime 01565 621999 .

Can you fast track my order? ?

Yes, if you order before 3pm we can arrange next day delivery. .

Do I get charged for each item? ?

If you buy up to 2 items there will be 1 delivery charge. To purchase 3 or more items please telephone for a suitable quote. .

How long will it take to receive my Goods once an order has been placed? ?

Dependant on the delivery option selected we will endeavour to dispatch your order between 1 to 3 working days .

Is there a deadline for returns? ?

Yes ,returns should be made within 7 working days - unworn, with the till receipt and in the original packaging. .

What credit / Debit cards can I use on the on- line store? ?

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta / Connect and Switch / Maestro. .

What happens after I place an order? ?

After placing an order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. .

What if order is out of stock? ?

We may be able to re- order it for you. If we haven't got the size it should not appear on the website but we will endeavour to try and re-order for you. .

When do I get my refund? ?

Refunds will be made as soon as the returned Goods are received. Please allow 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. .
